Appointment and Fee Details:
- Appointments are contingent on medical fitness as per Institute requirements.
- The Institute may verify documents/antecedents at any time.
- For applying to multiple posts, separate online applications are required.
- Application fees: Rs. 1000/- for Group ‘A’ and Rs. 500/- for Group ‘B’ & ‘C’.
- SC/ST/PwD and women candidates are exempted from the application fee but must pay Rs. 200/- as a processing fee.

Registrar (Level 14 of 7th CPC): Essential qualifications include a Master’s degree with at least 60% marks, a minimum of 15 years of experience in educational administration or research establishments, and proficiency in handling computerized administration/financial matters. Desirable qualifications include a Law/Management degree and experience in administration and personnel management.
Deputy Registrar (Level 12 of 7th CPC): Requires a Master’s degree, 5 years of administrative experience as an Assistant Registrar, and proficiency in computer office applications. A degree in Law/Management/Engineering/Actuarial Science and Chartered or Cost Accountant qualification are desirable.
Deputy Librarian (Level 12 of 7th CPC): Needs a Master’s degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation, 8 years of experience, and proficiency in computer office applications.
Senior Technical Officer (Level 12 of 7th CPC): Ph.D. in CSE/Engineering or a related field, or M.Tech with relevant experience, and proficiency in a variety of computer office applications are required.
Senior Scientific Officer (Level 12 of 7th CPC): Ph.D. in Computer Science/Engineering/Electronics or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with relevant experience.
Executive Engineer (Civil) (Level 12 of 7th CPC): Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with relevant experience, knowledge of AutoCAD, and project management software tools.
Scientific Officer (Level 11 of 7th CPC): M.Tech or B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering/Electronics with experience as a System Administrator.
Assistant Registrar (Level 10 of 7th CPC): Master degree in any discipline with administrative experience and proficiency in computer office applications.
Assistant Librarian (Level 10 of 7th CPC): Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/Documentation with relevant experience and proficiency in computer office applications.
Technical Officer (Level 10 of 7th CPC): Master or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Science with relevant experience and proficiency in computer office applications.
