1. Project Scientist II (Non-Medical) – 01 Post
Emoluments: Rs 67,000 + 18% HRA = Rs 79,060 per month (consolidated)
Age Limit: 40 years
Duration: One year (extendable till the completion of project duration of 3 years based on performance)
Location: Department of Neonatology, Government Medical College Hospital, Chandigarh
Job Profile:
- Coordinate study conduct across different sites in India
- Visit study sites for initiation and monitoring
- Check and correct data submitted by sites
- Coordinate trial-related meetings
- Generate reports for various stakeholders
- Train research staff
- Support project office operations and perform administrative duties
- Organize files, manage data entry
- Perform additional tasks related to the research project
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- First Class Post Graduate degree in Biochemistry, Genetics, Medical Genetics, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Pharmacology with 4 years R&D/teaching/working experience
OR
- Second Class Post Graduate with Ph.D. degree in the above subjects with 4 years R&D/teaching/working experience
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Postgraduate diploma or degree in clinical trial management
- Experience as research staff in medical research
Skills:
- Basics of biomedical research, data analysis, report writing
- Excellent communication skills, good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Good organizational behavior and problem-solving skills

- Support research nurses in recruitment and data collection
- Ensure data accuracy and manage record keeping
- Perform administrative duties, organize files, manage data entry
- Provide additional support to the research project
Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Emoluments: Rs 28,000 + 18% HRA = Rs 33,040 per month (consolidated)

Location: Department of Neonatology, Government Medical College Hospital, Chandigarh
Job Profile:
- Work in labor room and maternity OT, rotational shifts
- Recruit study subjects and obtain written informed consent
- Prepare equipment for intervention delivery
- Collect data and coordinate with clinical care staff
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum second class or equivalent CGPA in four-year general nursing and midwife course
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Postgraduate degree in pediatric nursing
- Experience as research staff in pediatric or neonatal studies
Skills:
- Basic neonatal care, data recording
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or Punjabi
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships

4. Project Technical Support I – 01 Post
Emoluments: Rs 18,000 + 18% HRA = Rs 21,240 per month (consolidated)
Age Limit: 28 years
Duration: One year (extendable till the completion of project duration of 3 years based on performance)
Location: Department of Neonatology, Government Medical College Hospital, Chandigarh
Job Profile:
- Enter data into the database, manage record keeping
- Perform administrative duties, organize files, manage data entry
- Coordinate budget entries, financial reports, audits, and purchase of equipment
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Tenth class + Diploma in computer science + Two years experience in office work
Desirable Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in computer science
- Experience as research staff in medical research
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data entry
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships

- Qualifications should be from a recognized Board/University and full-time.
- Experience should be acquired after obtaining the minimum qualifications.
- Govt./Public Sector employees need a “No Objection Certificate”.
- Qualifications and experience may be relaxed for suitable candidates.

- No TA/DA for screening test or personal interaction.
- Immediate joining required.
- Positions are temporary/contractual for the project duration.
