About the Exam: The CSIR NET exam qualifies individuals for Junior Research Fellowships (JRF) and eligibility for Lectureship/Assistant Professor roles in Indian universities and colleges in various science subjects.

Application Fee:
- General/EWS: Rs.1150/-
- OBC: Rs.600/-
- ST/SC: Rs.325/-
- Payment Mode: Online through debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI
Age Limit:
- JRF Candidates: Maximum 28 years
- Lectureship/Assistant Professor: No upper age limit
Educational Qualifications:
- Required: M.Sc or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks (General and OBC) and 50% for SC/ST and PH candidates. Candidates from integrated courses and professional degrees like B.E/B.Tech, B.Pharma, and MBBS are also eligible.

- Pay the Application Fee: If applicable, complete the payment process for the application fee.
