AI Airport Services Limited (formerly known as Air India Air Transport Services Limited) is conducting a walk-in recruitment exercise for various positions at Dehradun and Chandigarh airports. The recruitment aims to fill existing vacancies and maintain a wait-list for future needs. The positions are offered on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 3 years, which may be renewed based on performance and organizational requirements.
Vacancies and Walk-in Details:
- Dehradun & Chandigarh: Duty Manager, Jr. Officer - Technical, Customer Service Executive, Jr. Customer Service Executive, Ramp Service Executive, Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver, Handyman, and Handywoman.
- Walk-in Dates: 16th,17th , 18th & 19th April 2024 for Chandigarh roles and Dehradun roles .
Eligibility and Job Functions:
1. Duty Manager - Passenger
- Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience: 16 years of experience in Passenger handling functions with an Airline or Airport Operator or BCAS-approved Ground Handler appointed by any Airport Operator at any airport or in combination thereof, with at least 04 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Salary: Rs. 45,000/- per month.
- Age Limit: 55 years.
2. Jr. Officer - Technical
- Qualifications: Full-time Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Electrical / Electrical & Electronics / Electronics and Communication Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: Preference given to candidates with aviation experience or GS Equipment/Vehicle/Heavy earth movers equipment Maintenance with reputed GS Equipment manufacturer/Authorized Service Agency.
- Salary: Rs. 29,760/- per month.
- Age Limit: 28 years.
3. Customer Service Executive
- Qualifications: Graduate from a recognized university under 10+2+3 pattern.
- Experience: Preference given to candidates having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified course like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
- Salary: Rs. 24,960/- per month.
- Age Limit: 28 years.
4. Jr. Customer Service Executive
- Qualifications: 10+2 from a recognized board.
- Experience: Preference given to candidate having Airline/GHA/Cargo/Airline Ticketing Experience or Airline Diploma or Certified course like Diploma in IATA-UFTAA or IATA-FIATA or IATA-DGR or IATA CARGO.
- Salary: Rs. 21,270/- per month.
- Age Limit: 28 years.
5. Ramp Service Executive
- Qualifications: 3-years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Electronics/Automobile recognized by the State Government or ITI with NCTVT (Total 3 years) in specified trades after passing SSC/Equivalent examination with Hindi/English/Local Language as one of the subjects.
- Experience: Candidates must carry original valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (HMV) License at the time of the Trade Test. Preference will be given to candidates conversant with the local language.
- Salary: Rs. 24,960/- per month.
- Age Limit: 28 years.
6. Utility Agent Cum Ramp Driver
- Qualifications: SSC /10th Standard Pass.
- Experience: Must Carry Original Valid HMV Driving License at the time of appearing for the trade test.
- Salary: Rs.21,270/-
- Age Limit: 28 years.
7. Handyman/Handywoman
- Qualifications: SSC /10th Standard Pass.
- Experience: Knowledge of Local and Hindi Languages, i.e., ability to understand and speak is desirable. Must be able to read and understand the English Language.
- Salary: Rs.18,840/-
- Age Limit: 28 years.
Selection Procedure:
- Interview/Trade Test: Depending on the position applied for, candidates will undergo a personal/virtual interview, trade test, or physical endurance test.
- Application Fee: Rs. 500/- for general candidates, with exemptions for SC/ST/Ex-servicemen.
