The Department of Neonatology at the Government Medical College and Hospital, Sector-32, Chandigarh, invites applications for a research project titled “NINJA: Non-invasive neonate Jaundice estimation using artificial intelligence.” This project is led by Dr. Suksham Jain and looking to fill positions on a purely temporary basis for the following roles:
Positions Available:
Project Nurse-III
- Vacancy: 1
- Qualification Required: Minimum 2nd class or equivalent CGPA in a four-year Nursing Course.
- Duration: 2 years (Renewable after 1 year)
- Salary: Rs. 33,040/month
Office Helper (Multi-Tasking Officer)
- Vacancy: 1
- Qualification Required: High school or equivalent.
- Desirable Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Duration: 3 years (Renewable after 1 year)
- Salary: Rs. 26,800/month
Mode of Application:
Interested candidates must submit their applications in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of required certificates. Applications should reach the Department of Neonatology (Room No. D-403), Level-IV, Block-D, GMCH, Sector-32, Chandigarh, by 11 March 2024, 12:30 PM. Original documents must be produced at the time of the interview for verification. In-service candidates must provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their current employer.

Selection Process:
- Candidates may be required to undergo a written screening exam or aptitude test depending on the number of applications received.
