The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has announced recruitment for 318 Block Horticulture Officer (BHO) vacancies, with applications open from March 1, 2024, to March 21, 2024(Extended up to 24th March 2024). Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Science, specifically in Horticulture Science (B.Sc. in Horticulture) or Agriculture Science (B.Sc. in Agriculture) from a recognized Agriculture University.
- Age Limit (as of 01/08/2023): Minimum age is 21 years. The maximum age limit for male candidates is 37 years, while female candidates and those from backward classes have higher age limits of 40 years, and SC/ST candidates have a limit of 42 years.

Salary:
Selected candidates will be paid according to Pay Matrix Level-4, with a salary range from ₹25,500 to ₹81,100, along with additional perks and benefits such as Travel Allowance and Dearness Allowance.
