Job Description:
The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) is seeking qualified and experienced individuals for the position of Court Officers. This role involves responsibilities in administration, online data management, and proficiency in computer operations and system management, particularly in a completely online system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative tasks and online data management in NCLT.
- System management and handling of online operations.
Qualifications:
- Graduation, preferably in Law, from a recognized University.
Experience:
- Prior experience in administration and online data management.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Experience in court/tribunal or legal background preferred.
Age Requirement:
- Minimum 25 years as of the advertisement date.
Salary:
- Rs. 45,000/- per month (Consolidated).
Terms and Conditions:
- Contract Period: Initially for one year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance. The contract can be terminated at any time without reason. Candidates can resign with one month’s notice.
- Non-Regularization: This role does not confer any right for regularization or continuance in service.
- Allowances: No HRA, DA, residential accommodation, or other allowances.
- Leave: Entitled to casual leave on a pro-rata basis. No regular leave is applicable.
- Work Hours: Same as other NCLT officers and employees. May require working beyond regular hours, on weekends, and holidays without extra pay.
Selection Process:
- Shortlisting of candidates if necessary.
- Interview (No TA/DA for attending the interview).
- Verification of original documents during the interview.
