Vacancy for Process Server at District & Sessions Judge, Chandigarh

Educational Qualification: Matriculation with knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi languages.
Age Limit: Candidates should be between 18 to 37 years of age as on 1st January 2024, as per Chandigarh Administration guidelines.

Selection will be made purely based on an Interview/Skill Assessment Test.
The Interview/Skill Assessment Test is scheduled for 19th and 20th February 2024.

Applications must be submitted on the prescribed proforma available at the Office of the District & Sessions Judge.
The application form can be obtained by hand on working days from 20th January 2024 to 30th January 2024, between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. and 02:00 p.m. to 04:00 p.m.
Along with the application, candidates must submit self-attested copies of relevant testimonials (proof of qualification, date of birth, etc.) and two recent passport size photographs duly attested by a Gazetted officer/Notary.

The list of candidates for the Interview/Skill Assessment Test will be uploaded on https://chandigarh.dcourts.gov.in/notice-category/recruitments/ on 13th February 2024.
Candidates are required to bring photo ID proof and original testimonials during the interview.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
Candidates must adhere to COVID-19 guidelines issued by MHA, India, and the Hon’ble High Court.

Applications received electronically will not be entertained.
Incomplete or ineligible applications will be rejected.
The decision of the undersigned regarding acceptance or rejection of an application and eligibility/suitability of candidates will be final.
