Eligibility:
- For SDBA: Retired/Retiring Brigadier from Indian Army or equivalent rank in Indian Air Force.
- For DBA: Retired/Retiring Selection Grade Colonel from Indian Army or equivalent in Indian Air Force.
- Age: Maximum 60 years for SDBA, and 58 years for DBA (as on 01/01/2024).
- Candidates should have honorably retired or be retiring on or before 10th April 2024 with a satisfactory service record.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- SDBA: Assist in expanding relationships between Armed Forces/Paramilitary/Police and PNB, setting up meetings with Defence Forces Headquarters, and other duties as per Bank’s requirement.
- DBA: Liaison with local Defence/Paramilitary units, conducting account opening/loan campaigns, ensuring business growth with Defence personnel, and other related duties.
Compensation:
- SDBA: Rs. 22.38 Lacs per annum
- DBA: Rs. 18.60 Lacs per annum
Terms of Engagement:
- Contractual basis for initially one year, reviewed yearly up to a maximum of 5 years or until 65 years of age.
