Educational Qualification:
Officers from Central/State Govt., Autonomous Bodies, or PSUs holding an analogous post with any degree and working knowledge of Computers.
OR Assistant in Level-6 or Level-7 with any degree, working knowledge of Computers, and 5 years of regular service in the grade.
