Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following phases:
Phase I: Written Test (Objective and Descriptive) conducted at UCSL locations. The objective portion covers General Knowledge, English, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude, while the descriptive portion covers discipline-related topics.
Phase II: Power Point Presentation based on the candidate’s work experience.
Final Ranking: Based on the total marks obtained in both phases. In case of a tie, ranking is determined by the objective test score and seniority in age.
