Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For Principal: Masters Degree from a recognized University/Institute and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized university/institute.
For Vice Principal: Masters Degree from a recognized University/Institute and Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
Principal: Ten years of teaching experience as Vice Principal, Post Graduate Teacher, or Trained Graduate Teacher in a recognized High School, Higher Secondary School, Senior Secondary School, or Intermediate College. (Desirable: Doctorate Degree and Administrative charge experience).
Vice Principal: Two years of experience as a Post Graduate Teacher OR three years of experience as a Trained Graduate Teacher.

Age Relaxation:
SC/ST: As per rules (up to 55 years for Principal / 40 years for Vice Principal)
OBC (NCL): As per rules (up to 53 years for Principal / 38 years for Vice Principal)
PwBD: Additional 10 years relaxation (up to 56 years)

Selection Process
Step 1: Combined Recruitment Test (CRT): A pen-and-paper based objective type MCQ test (300 marks, 2 hours) covering General Knowledge, Hindi/English language skills, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude.
Step 2: Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on CRT performance.
Step 3: Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview stage.
