Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Design Trainee: B.E./B.Tech in relevant disciplines (Aerospace, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.) from recognized Universities/Institutions under the 10+2+4 scheme.
Minimum Marks: 70% aggregate marks for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates; 60% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.

Salary / Pay Scale
Pay Scale:
- During Training (52 weeks): Stipend with Basic Pay of Rs. 50,000 + VDA + Canteen Allowance.
- On Absorption as Engineer (Grade-II): Pay Scale Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000 + VDA.
Monthly Salary: Includes Perks and Allowances such as HRA, Company Accommodation, PRP, Medical, PF, and Gratuity.
