Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

General Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree from any recognized University.
Specific Requirements:
- Principal: Post Graduate Degree, B.Ed. (NCTE recognized), and 3 years regular teaching experience in High School/Intermediate.
- Senior Lecturer: Post Graduate Degree with Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.).
- Labour Enforcement Officer: Bachelor’s Degree or PG Diploma/Degree in Economics, Sociology, Commerce, Law, Labour Relations, Social Work, or Business Management.
- Assistant Labour Commissioner: Post Graduate Degree in Economics, Sociology, Commerce, Law, Labour Relations, or Management.

Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 21 years
Maximum Age: 40 years (as on 01/07/2026)
Note: For Principal post, the age limit is 30 to 40 years (born between 02/07/1986 and 01/07/1996).
Age Relaxation:
