Must be a Retired PSB Officer in the rank of Scale IV or above (equivalent to Chief Manager and above) from Public Sector Banks.

Must possess experience in Banking, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Departmental Inquiries as an Inquiring Authority, Presenting Officer, or Disciplinary Authority.
Must have a flair for writing reports and a willingness to travel.

Salary / Pay Scale

Pay Scale: Lump-sum remuneration per inquiry case:
- Scale I-III Officers cases: Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 50,000 (depending on IA’s retired scale and time taken)
- Scale IV-V Officers cases: Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 60,000
- Scale VI-VIII Officers cases: Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 70,000 (only for IA retired in TEGS-VI and above)
Additional Benefit: An additional 10% of the eligible lump-sum is provided for clerical/stenographic work.

Selection Process

Scrutiny: Applications will be scrutinized for eligibility as per the prescribed criteria.
Shortlisting: The Bank will shortlist candidates based on age, qualification, essential requirements, and suitability.
