Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For Associate Professor: Doctoral degree in relevant subject with 8 years of experience as Assistant Professor/Scientist/Lecturer or equivalent; OR Doctoral degree with 8 years of post-doctoral research with 6 publications (NAAS rating 7.5). Basic undergraduate degree in Veterinary Science as per VCI Regulation 2016 is required.
For Assistant Professor: Masters degree with at least 55% marks in relevant subject with NET qualification and one NAAS-rated publication; OR Ph.D. with course work UGC 2009 with two publications (NAAS rating 4). Ph.D. is preferred.
Age Limit:
Associate Professor: No upper age limit.
Assistant Professor:
- UR Male: Max 37 years
- UR Female: Max 40 years
- BC/EBC Male/Female: Max 40 years
- SC/ST Male/Female: Max 42 years
Age Relaxation: Additional relaxations are applicable for Government employees, BASU employees, and Divyang (PwBD) candidates.
