Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCA, B.Com, B.Sc. (Mathematics/Statistics), or B.A. (Statistics/Economics/Mathematics) from a recognized University/Institution.
Basic computer knowledge is required.
Proficiency in Gujarati and Hindi is required.
Note: B.Sc. CA/IT and M.Sc. CA/IT degree holders are NOT eligible.

Salary / Pay Scale
Sub Accountant/Sub Auditor: Fixed Pay of ₹ 26,000 per month for the first 5 years; Regular Pay Scale is ₹ 25,500 - ₹ 81,100 (Level-4 as per ROP-2016).
Accountant/Auditor/Superintendent: Fixed Pay of ₹ 49,600 per month for the first 5 years; Regular Pay Scale is ₹ 39,900 - ₹ 1,26,600 (Level-7 as per ROP-2016).
Selection Process
Step 1: Preliminary Examination (Part-1): Objective Type MCQs (150 marks, 2 hours) via CBT mode. Includes 0.25 negative marking. This is a screening test only.
Step 2: Main Examination (Part-2): Descriptive Type. Paper 1: Gujarati & English Language (100 marks); Paper 2: Accountancy and Auditing (100 marks).
Step 3: Document Verification: Final verification of original credentials.
