Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Degree in Law.
For Advocates/Public Prosecutors/Govt. Advocates: Minimum 3 years of practice in the High Court of Bombay or subordinate courts as on 30-04-2026.
For Ministerial Staff: Must be serving in the High Court, Subordinate Courts, Offices of Govt. Pleaders, or as Legal Assistant and above in the Legal Section of the Law & Judiciary Dept. with minimum 3 years of service after obtaining a Degree in Law as on 30-04-2026.

Selection Process
Stage 1: Preliminary Examination: Two papers covering Civil Law and Criminal Law (including new acts like Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023).

Stage 3: Interview (Personality Test): Final selection is based on the combined marks of the Main Examination and the Interview.
