Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted by SECL HQ, Bilaspur, through the following steps:
Written Test: 100 marks MCQ (Multiple Choice Questions) conducted on OMR sheets with no negative marking.
Exam Pattern: Subject Knowledge (60 marks), General Awareness (20 marks), and Mental Ability/Quantitative/Logical Reasoning (20 marks).
Merit List: Based on written test marks. In case of a tie, priority is given to the earlier date of initial appointment, then older date of birth, and finally alphabetical order.
Qualifying Marks: General Category requires 40 marks; SC/ST/PH categories require 30 marks.

For Other CIL Subsidiary/HQ Employees: Apply using the prescribed offline application form available for download at https://secl-cil.in.
