Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For Deputy Director: Master’s Degree in Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Engineering or Technology, Business Management, or any area in Social Sciences from a recognized University.
For Joint Director: Master’s Degree in Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Engineering or Technology, Business Management, Public Policy, or any area in Social Sciences from a recognized University.
For Assistant Director: Master’s Degree in Economics, Development Studies, Statistics, Engineering or Technology, Business Management, or any area in Social Sciences from a recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
- Deputy Director: Minimum 08 years post-qualification experience in research or teaching at a supervisory level in Govt./University/Autonomous Bodies/reputed research institutions.
- Joint Director: Minimum 03 years post-qualification experience in research or teaching in Govt./University/Autonomous Bodies/reputed research institutions.
- Assistant Director: Minimum 05 years post-qualification experience in research or teaching at a supervisory level in Govt./University/Autonomous Bodies/reputed research institutions.
Desirable Qualifications: Doctorate Degree in relevant subject/field; publications in peer-reviewed journals/edited books; and practical experience in handling consultancy research projects relevant to SDGs.
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: 26 years (for Deputy Director) / 35 years (for Joint Director)
Maximum Age: 56 years (for Deputation posts)
Age Relaxation: As per government rules for deputation.
