Selection Process
The selection will be based on a weightage system totaling 70 marks, followed by a personal interview:
Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on a 70-mark weightage system covering Essential Qualifications (20 marks), Graduation in Psychology (10 marks), Higher Qualifications like M.Phil/Ph.D (10 marks), Certificate Courses (12 marks), and Experience (18 marks).
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates must produce original documents at the time of the Personal Talk.
Personal Talk (30 Marks): An interview covering subject knowledge, fluency in regional language, communication skills (English and Hindi), and proficiency in Computer Application/ICT skills.
