Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess the required educational qualification (Degree/Diploma/PhD) and relevant post-qualification experience as specified for each individual VC number.
Specialized experience in domains like Civil, Electrical, S&T, Geotechnical, Geology, Design, Contracts, QS & Billing, QA/QC, and Project Planning is required.
Retired government, railway, or PSU officers are also eligible to apply through the competitive process for specific tasks.
Age Limit:
Minimum Age: Not specified (Must meet post-specific requirements)
Maximum Age: 63 years (as on 26/05/2026)
Note: Overall engagement is not extendable beyond 65 years.

Application Fee

Salary / Pay Scale
Monthly Salary (Based on Post):
- Chief Resident Engineer / Sr. Geotechnical Expert: ₹ 1,25,000 per month
- Project Engineer (Cut & Cover): ₹ 1,30,000 per month
- Geologist / Geotechnical Expert: ₹ 1,10,000 per month
- Dy. Chief Design Experts (S&T/Electrical): ₹ 80,000 per month
- Sr. Contract Expert: ₹ 70,000 per month
- Sr. QA/QC Expert: ₹ 80,000 per month
- Sr. Resident Engineers (Electrical/S&T/Gen. Services): ₹ 70,000 per month
- Sr. QS & Billing Expert: ₹ 60,000 per month
- Senior Design Expert / Civil: ₹ 85,000 per month
- QS & Billing / Drawing & Design / Section / Planning Engineers: ₹ 40,000 – ₹ 45,000 per month
Note: Consultants are not entitled to PF, ESI, or gratuity; applicable GST is admissible and TDS will be deducted.
Selection Process
Document Scrutiny based on submitted qualifications and experience.
Interview (In-person or Online).
Final engagement based on merit and availability of assignments.
