Selection Process
The selection process consists of the following stages:
Stage-I: Written Examination: Objective type multiple-choice questions (120 marks, 2 hours) covering General Knowledge (10), General Aptitude (10), Knowledge in Law (50), and Assamese Language Proficiency (20). A minimum of 8/20 in Assamese is mandatory to qualify.
Stage-II: Interview (Viva-Voce): 30 marks. Candidates will be called in a 1:3 ratio based on written exam merit. A minimum of 18/30 is required to qualify.
Final Merit List: Prepared based on the combined marks of the Written Examination and the Interview.
