Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay Scale:
- Apprenticeship Stipend: 1st Year - ₹ 11,000/month; 2nd Year - ₹ 12,000/month.
- Contract (if selected after training):
- 1st Year: ₹ 22,100/month + ₹ 5,530 extra hours
- 2nd Year: ₹ 22,800/month + ₹ 5,700 extra hours
- 3rd Year: ₹ 23,400/month + ₹ 5,850 extra hours
Selection Process
Certificate Verification: Shortlisting of candidates in a 6:1 ratio for verification.
Screening Test: A written screening test may be conducted if the number of applicants is high.
Physical Test (100 Marks): Primary selection method (Passing marks: UR/EWS: 50; OBC: 45; SC: 40).
Merit List: Prepared based on Physical Test marks; age seniority used as a tie-breaker.
Medical Examination: Final selection is subject to medical fitness certification at CSL-prescribed hospitals.
