Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Junior Executive (Engineering): Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Electronics/Civil/Chemical) with min. 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 5 years relevant experience.
Junior Executive (Accounts): Graduate in any discipline with min. 55% + Inter CA / Inter CMA + 5 years relevant finance experience.
Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities): B.Com / BBA / B.Sc / BMS / BHM with min. 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 5 years relevant experience (3 years in Facility/QSR/Retail/Hospitality).
Secretary BPCL: Class X + Class XII + Bachelor’s Degree with min. 55% in each (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 5 years experience as Secretarial Assistant/Secretary.
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): M.Sc (Chemistry) with specialization and min. 60% (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) + 3 years relevant laboratory experience in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical.
Associate Executive (Official Language Implementation): Master’s in Hindi (2-year course) with min. 55% (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) + English studied in Class XII/Graduation with min. 55% + 3 years translation experience.
