Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Graduate Degree in Law (LLB).
Minimum 3 years of practice as an Advocate.
Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia fluently (passed examination in Odia language equivalent to Middle English School standard/Class VII).
Must be a citizen of India and of good character.

Age Limit:

Minimum Age: 23 years
Maximum Age: 42 years (as on 1st April 2025)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/SEBC: Admissible as per Odisha State Government rules for candidates of Odisha by birth.
- PwBD: As per provisions of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.
