Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Minimum Qualification: 3-Year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
Experience Requirement: Minimum of 15 years of post-qualification experience in the Indian Air Force (IAF).
Rank Requirement: Must have served in the IAF in the rank of Junior Warrant Officer (JWO) or above.
Retirement Condition: Date of retirement from the IAF must be on or before 01.04.2026.

Monthly Salary: Includes Basic Pay plus Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Perquisites (35% of annual basic pay), medical reimbursement, Group Insurance, PF, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay (PRP).
