The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has announced recruitment for 40 Site Engineer (Civil/Electrical Engineering) vacancies on a short-term contract basis. These positions are for various projects located Pan-India under the Ministry of Railways. Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/Institution approved by AICTE/UGC/Government of India.
Only full-time regular courses will be considered.
Experience must be acquired after obtaining the minimum prescribed qualification.
Note: Internship, Apprenticeship, Training, Teaching, Academic, or Freelancing experience will not be counted as qualifying experience.

Pay Scale: Remuneration details are available in the official notification.
Monthly Salary: Engagement is on a contract basis for an initial period of up to one year, extendable based on performance and project requirements.
Selection Process
Shortlisting of candidates based on prescribed selection criteria.
Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates.
Final selection based on interview performance and document verification.
How to Apply
Download the official notification and Annexures from the RLDA website.
Fill out the Application Form (Annexure-I) in block letters using a blue ball pen.
Prepare a complete set of documents as per the Annexure-II checklist (including Degree, Marksheets, Experience Certificates, Category Certificate, Payslips, and ID proof).
Step 1: Send the scanned application and documents via email to rlda.recruitment@gmail.com.
Step 2: Simultaneously send the hard copy of the application and documents by post to: Deputy General Manager/HR, Rail Land Development Authority, Unit No. 702-B, 7th Floor, Konnectus Tower-II, DMR.
Ensure both email and post are completed; hard copies sent without an email will not be considered.
Submit before 22/05/2026.
