Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Matriculation or 10+2 from a recognized Board/University.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Regular full-time) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution.
AMIE enrolled on or before 31.05.2013 from the Institute of Engineering India, Calcutta is also eligible.
Candidates must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from a school/institution in Himachal Pradesh (not applicable to Bonafide Himachalis).
Desirable: Knowledge of the customs, manners, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh.

Selection Process
Computer Based Test (CBT): An objective-type written screening test consisting of 120 multiple-choice questions (1 mark each) with a duration of 1.5 hours.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates based on CBT scores will be called for verification of original documents.
Waiting List: A category-wise waiting list panel will be prepared, valid for one year from the date of recommendation.
