Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Must possess a degree of Bachelor of Law (Professional Degree) from a recognized university or institution.
Alternatively, must be a Barrister of England or Ireland, or a member of the Faculty of Advocates of Scotland.
Must be eligible for enrollment as an Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.
Must have two years of experience of practice at the Bar.
Punjabi Language Requirement: Must have passed Matriculation with Punjabi as a compulsory or elective subject or an equivalent examination.
Domicile: Must be a resident of Punjab (Domicile/Residence Certificate not older than 5 years required).
