Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
UGC Norms: Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in the concerned/relevant/allied subject from a recognized Indian University, along with a cleared NET/SLET/SET (or exemption via a Ph.D. degree awarded as per UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016).
AICTE Norms (Technology, Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, Architecture): First Class in relevant technical degrees as per AICTE (2019) regulations.
Performing & Fine Arts: Traditional/professional artists with commendable professional achievement may be eligible via alternative routes.
All candidates must fulfill the prescribed minimum qualifications as per UGC, AICTE, PCI, NCTE, NCERT, and the Gujarat Public Universities Act, 2023.

Selection Process
The selection process follows the framework prescribed under UGC Regulations 2018 and the Gujarat Public Universities Act, 2023:

Evaluation: Assessment of academic/research performance, domain knowledge, teaching skills, aptitude, communication, ICT skills, and technical/ERP skills.
