Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Home Science, Sociology, Child Development, Nutrition, or Social Work from a recognized university.
Basic knowledge of computer applications as per Gujarat Civil Services Rules.
Adequate knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, or both.
Gender Requirement: Only female candidates are eligible to apply.

Minimum Age: Not specified
Maximum Age: 37 years (as on 09-05-2026)
Age Relaxation (Upper limits after relaxation):
- General (Female): 42 years
- SC/ST/SEBC/EWS (Female): 47 years
- General PwD (Female): 52 years
- Reserved PwD (Female): 57 years
- Note: The upper age limit after relaxation shall not exceed 45 years as per the notification’s age calculator table, subject to specific category rules mentioned above.

Selection Process
Step 1: Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) or Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) based MCQ type written exam.
Step 2: Preparation of provisional merit list based on written exam marks.
