Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Junior Executive (Engineering): 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Civil, or Chemical) with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Junior Executive (Accounts): Graduate in any discipline with minimum 55% aggregate AND Inter CA/Inter CMA from ICAI/ICMAI (50% aggregate for SC/ST/PwBD).
Junior Executive (Wayside Amenities): Bachelors degree (B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BMS, or BHM) with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Secretary BPCL: Class X, Class XII, and a 3-year Bachelors Degree with minimum 55% aggregate (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): M.Sc Chemistry with specialization in Organic, Physical, Inorganic, Analytical, or Polymer Chemistry with minimum 60% aggregate (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Associate Executive (Official Language): Masters degree in Hindi (2-year course).
Age Limit:
Junior Executive (Engineering/Wayside/Secretary): Max 32 years (as on 01.04.2026)
Junior Executive (Accounts): Min 30 years to Max 35 years (as on 01.04.2026)
Associate Executive (Quality Assurance): Max 35 years (as on 01.04.2026)
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/PwBD: Relaxed as per government norms (Aggregate requirement relaxed to 50%)

Salary / Pay Scale
Pay Scale: ₹ 30,000 – ₹ 1,20,000 (Junior Executive roles) | ₹ 40,000 – ₹ 1,40,000 (Associate Executive Quality Assurance)
Monthly Salary: Approx. CTC of ₹ 12.28 Lakhs per annum for Junior Executive and ₹ 17.11 Lakhs per annum for Associate Executive (at minimum of pay scale).
