Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
For Asst. Foreman: Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering from an AICTE approved institute.
For Technician: Matriculation from a recognized board, 2-year ITI Electrician Trade certificate (NCVST/SCVT), minimum 1 year of training/on-the-job experience, and a valid LT permit under IE rules for Mines or 440-550 Volts mining parts.

Salary / Pay Scale
Pay Scale (Asst. Foreman): ₹ 47,330.25 per month (NCWA-XI)
Pay Scale (Technician): ₹ 1,583.32 per day
Selection Process
Computer Based Test (CBT): A 100-mark exam consisting of Section A (General Awareness/Aptitude - 20 marks) and Section B (Technical Knowledge - 80 marks). There is no negative marking.
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates (in a 1:3 ratio based on CBT merit) will be called for verification.
Medical Fitness: Final selection is subject to passing the company’s medical fitness standards.
