Educational Qualification:
Bachelor of Rural Studies (except BRS in Home Science), B.Sc. Agriculture, B.E. Agriculture, B.Tech. Agricultural Engineering, or B.Sc. Horticulture from a recognized University; OR
Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agriculture Engineering, Agro-processing, or Polytechnic Diploma in Agriculture Co-operation Banking and Marketing from a recognized Agriculture University.
Must possess basic computer knowledge.
Must have adequate knowledge of Gujarati, Hindi, or both.

Salary / Pay Scale
Pay Scale: Fixed pay of ₹26,000 per month for the first 5 years on a contract basis.
Monthly Salary: Regular pay scale applicable after 5 years subject to satisfactory service.
Selection Process
Written Examination (CBRT or OMR method) consisting of 200 marks covering General Awareness, Gujarati Grammar, English, Mathematics/Reasoning, and Technical Knowledge.
Provisional Answer Key publication and objection process.
Preparation of Provisional Merit List based on marks and category-wise vacancies.
Document Verification.
On-screen District Allocation for eligible candidates.
