Selection Process
Stage 1 - Computer Based Test (CBT): A 2-hour single session exam consisting of 100 MCQs covering Reasoning, General Knowledge, and English. Note that a ⅓ negative marking penalty applies for wrong answers.
Stage 2 - SSB Interview: A two-stage selection procedure involving Intelligence and Personality Tests (Screening and Stage 2).
Final Merit: Final selection is based on the combined marks obtained in both the CBT and SSB tests, with separate merit lists for male and female candidates.
