Selection Process
Phase 1: Physical Measurement: Candidates will undergo physical measurement of height, weight, etc., on a scheduled date.
Phase 2: First Stage Skill Test: A skill test conducted by VISBAL Headquarters.
Phase 3: Second Stage Band Playing Test: A band playing examination (Band Vadan Pariksha) conducted by VISBAL Headquarters.
Final Selection: Based on marks obtained in the Band Playing Test and successful Document Verification.
