Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Matric or 10+2 or equivalent.
Regular full-time Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E./B.Tech Degree in Civil Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized Institution/University (or AMIE enrolled up to 31-05-2013).
Candidates must have passed Matric & 10+2 from any school/institution in Himachal Pradesh (relaxed for Bonafide Himachalis).

Selection Process
Computer Based Test (CBT) consisting of 120 Multiple Choice Questions (120 Marks).
Document Verification of original certificates for shortlisted candidates.
Final selection is based on the merit of CBT and document verification.

First, register on the One Time Registration (OTR) portal.
Login with your OTR credentials and fill out the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) Form with all mandatory details.
Upload scanned copies of your recent passport-size photograph, signature, Matric/10+2 certificates, Diploma/B.E./B.Tech marksheets & degree, and Category certificates.
Submit the application before 02-05-2026.
