Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Passed 10+2/Intermediate with Mathematics, Physics and English from a recognized Board with minimum 50% aggregate and 50% in English.
Or, completed a 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Automobile/Computer Science/Instrumentation Technology/IT) with 50% aggregate and 50% in English in Diploma or in 10+2/Matric.
Or, finished a 2 years Vocational Course with non-vocational subjects Physics and Mathematics with 50% aggregate and 50% in English in Vocational or in 10+2/Matric.

Salary / Pay Scale
Pay Scale: ₹30,000/- per month in Year 1 (In-hand ₹21,000/-) to ₹40,000/- per month in Year 4 (In-hand ₹28,000/-)
Monthly Salary: Increases from ₹30,000/- to ₹40,000/-
Seva Nidhi on Exit: Approximately ₹10.04 Lakhs
