Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Candidates must be currently working as outsourced/daily wage/contract Pourakarmikas, loaders, UGD helpers, cleaners, helpers and waste management sanitation workers with ESI and PF benefits in the respective Urban Local Bodies.
Family members of deceased Pourakarmikas who died while working on outsourced/daily wage/contract basis due to any reason are eligible.
Persons identified as victims under the Manual Scavengers Act or their family members, duly certified by the competent authority.
