Download the proforma application form and Hall-Ticket annexed to the notification
Fill in the application form carefully after reading all instructions
Attach three latest passport size colour photographs, one attested by a Gazetted Officer to be pasted on the application, two on the hall ticket original and duplicate
Attach attested copies of: Date of Birth certificate (SSC or equivalent), Degree Certificate, Shorthand English certificate at 180 w.p.m. or 150 w.p.m.
