Selection Process
Phase-I: Online Examination (Objective) – 200 marks
- Test I (100 marks / 60 min): Reasoning, Quant, English, Current Affairs (Financial Sector)
- Test II (100 marks / 60 min): Domain Knowledge (Project Finance, Banking, Risk Mgmt, RBI/SEBI guidelines, etc.)
Phase-II: Interview (Technical + Behavioural) – 100 marks
Final Merit: 40% weightage (Online Exam) + 60% weightage (Interview)
