Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Medical Officer: M.B.B.S Degree from a Statutory University or any other qualification recognized under the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), and registration as per Maharashtra Medical Council Act, 1965.
Additional Public Prosecutor: Degree in Law with experience working as an Advocate for at least eight years in a High Court or subordinate court.
Motor Vehicle Prosecutor: Degree in Law with practical experience of seven years as an Advocate after acquiring Certificate of Practice from the State or Indian Bar Council.
Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer / Deputy Director: Must have ceased to be a serving member of the Armed Forces and must have held the rank of Major (or equivalent) in the Army, Navy, or Air Force. Adequate knowledge of Marathi is required.
