Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Passed HSLC or equivalent examination from any Central/State recognised Board.
Successfully completed 6-month Recorder Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training from Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon (except Sixth Schedule districts and other States).
Proficiency in use of Computers and Information Technology with a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute in Assamese/Bengali (Unicode).

Salary / Pay Scale
- Pay Scale: PB-2 ₹14,000 – 70,000 + Grade Pay ₹6,200.
Selection Process
Written Examination (Paper-I): Objective type MCQs on Mathematics (Class X level), Conventional Survey, and Modern Survey with a total of 80 marks.
Skill Test (Paper-II – Computer Proficiency): Assamese/Bengali Unicode typing, basic computer operations, document preparation and formatting, data entry, file handling and printing for 20 marks.
Shortlisting: Candidates qualifying the minimum category-wise cut-off in written test will be called for Skill Test and document verification.

- Submit the Online Application Form and take a printout of the final submitted form for future reference and document verification.
