Artisan Trainee Instrument Mechanic: 10th Pass Full time regular ITI in Instrument Mechanics/Electronics trade approved by NCVT/SCVT/NCTVT
Assistant Trainee Material Storekeeper: Full time regular course in NCTVT Storekeeping OR 10th Pass ITI in Fitter/Electrician/Electronics/Instrument Mech. English Typing 30 WPM, 150 keystrokes per minute approved by NCVT/SCVT/NCTVT

Salary / Pay Scale

- Stipend during 2-year training period: Rs. 21,500 per month
- After training: W3 grade, Basic Pay Rs. 21,500
Selection Process
Written Examination: A two-hour objective type multiple choice written test consisting of subject knowledge and aptitude test.
Skill Test: Based on performance in the written test, a merit list will be drawn. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a skill test.
Medical Examination: Selected candidates must undergo medical examination by the NTPC Medical Board. The decision of the board shall be final and binding.
