Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Assistant Editor, Supreme Court Reports: Degree in Law recognized by Bar Council of India OR Member of English Bar OR Attorney of High Court; Knowledge of Computer Operation.
Assistant Director Ex-cadre, Supreme Court Museum: Masters Degree in Museology First Class; Knowledge of Indian antiquities, museum techniques and computer operations.
Senior Court Assistant Ex-cadre, Supreme Court Museum: Masters Degree in Museology minimum 55 marks; Knowledge of Computer Operation.
Assistant Librarian: Degree in Library Science AND Diploma in Computer Application/Library Automation; Knowledge of Library Automation Software and Database Search.
Age Limit (as on 01.03.2026):
Minimum Age: 30 years (only for certain posts)
Maximum Age: 30–40 years depending on the post
Post-wise Age Limits:
• Assistant Editor, Supreme Court Reports: 30–40 years
• Assistant Director (Supreme Court Museum): 30–40 years
• Senior Court Assistant (Supreme Court Museum): Maximum 35 years
• Assistant Librarian: Maximum 30 years
Age Relaxation:
• SC/ST: 5 years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
• PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): 10 years
• Ex-Servicemen / Freedom Fighter Dependents: As per Government of India rules
