Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Minimum qualification of 10th standard pass
Additional eligible persons include teachers (including retired), MSW students and teachers, Anganwadi workers, students/law students until enrolled as advocates, members of non-political service-oriented NGOs, local women’s groups, self-help groups, well-behaved educated prisoners serving long-term sentences in prisons, and any other person working in a field.
