Educational Qualification:
Panchayat Secretary (26005): Bachelor’s Degree from a recognised Institution approved by HP Government/University/Board. Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm in English or 25 wpm in Hindi on computer.
Medical Social Worker (26006): Post Graduate Degree in Social Science or Sociology from a University recognised by the Central or HP Government.
Psychiatric Social Worker (26007): Master Degree in Psychology or Social Work.
Operation Theatre Assistant (26008): 10+2 with Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with 50% and OTA Training course from a recognised Institution by the State Government. OR B.Sc. Degree in Medical Technology (Anesthesia & OT Techniques).
Radiographer (26009): 10+2 in Science from a recognised Board/University. B.Sc. Medical Technology (Radiology & Imaging) or equivalent degree.
Pharmacist/Pharmacy Officer (26010): 10+2 with Science and Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
Speech Therapist (26011): B.Sc. Degree in Speech & Hearing from a recognised University.
Senior Laboratory Technician/MLT Gr-II (26012): 10+2 in Science, B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology.
Audiometric Technician (26013): B.Sc. Degree in Speech & Hearing from a recognised University.
Litho Artist (26014): 10+2 or equivalent and Diploma in Fine Arts with three years practical experience.

- Audiometric Technician (26013) & Speech Therapist (26011): 38 years as on January 1, 2026.

Selection Process
Computer Based Test (CBT) / Written Screening Test: Objective type test of 120 marks with duration of 1½ hours. Each question carries 1 mark.
Typing / Skill Test: Mandatory and qualifying for Post Code 26005 (Panchayat Secretary).
Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification.

Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) by providing personal information, educational qualifications, work experience (if any), and uploading a recent photograph and signature.
Click on the “Apply” button for the desired post under Advertisement No. 04/2026.
Select your preferred exam district from the dropdown menu.
Review auto-filled application details and confirm.
Pay the application fee of ₹800 through the online payment gateway (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking).
After successful payment, download and print the application form for future reference.
