Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess any one of the following:
B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science (CS) / Information Technology (IT) / Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE) or equivalent
OR
Master’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in design and delivery of IT solutions, software development, and MIS systems.
At least 1 year of experience in IT/ICT implementation for Central/State Governments or Multilateral/Bilateral Agencies.
Technical Skills Required
Good understanding of Web Services protocols such as REST, SOAP, and API design.
Understanding of Sunbird open-source applications.
Experience with application stacks like LAMP, .NET, MEAN, etc.
Programming knowledge in .NET, Python, R, Shell Script, and other open-source technologies.
Preferred Technology: .NET
Key Responsibilities
System Maintenance and Support
Maintenance and troubleshooting of VSK hardware, network, and software systems.
Regular system health checks and performance monitoring.
Data Management and Integration
Data extraction, cleaning, uploading, and integration from platforms such as UDISE+, PM SHRI, DIKSHA, etc.
Ensuring smooth data flow between MIS systems and analytics dashboards.
Dashboard and Application Support
Maintenance of dashboards and data visualization tools.
Ensuring real-time data accuracy.
Support development and testing of new digital tools and dashboards.
Technical Assistance
Coordination with district/block-level offices to resolve technical issues.
Provide basic training to users on data systems and dashboards.
Security and Backup
Ensure proper data security protocols, backups, and recovery mechanisms.
Selection Process
Selection will be based on Online Test and Interview.
No TA/DA will be paid for attending any stage of the selection process.
