🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
📚 Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) OR
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) from recognized University
- Proficiency in Computer Operation (Word Processing & Spread Sheets)
🎂 Age Limit (As on 10-03-2026)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 30 Years
Age Relaxation:
- 10 years – Lower Limb Disability (40% or more)
- Defence service period + 3 years – Ex-servicemen
- 10 years – Government Department Employees
⚠ SC/ST/BC reservation applicable only to candidates domiciled in Punjab, Haryana, or UT Chandigarh with valid certificates.

📝 SELECTION PROCESS
1️⃣ Word Processing / Transcription Test
- Dictation: 100 w.p.m. in English Shorthand
- Transcription: 20 w.p.m. on Computer
- Duration: 5 Minutes
- Maximum 3% mistakes allowed
- Merit based on this test
2️⃣ Spread Sheets Test
- 10 Marks (Qualifying Nature Only)
- Minimum 40% marks required
- Duration: 10 Minutes
3️⃣ Verification of Original Documents
Shortlisted candidates will be informed via SMS/Email.
4️⃣ Final Merit List
Prepared category-wise based on performance in Word Processing Test.
